I help SMEs and independent HR consultants improve hiring from role design through to onboarding. That can include role clarity, salary benchmarking, market mapping, hiring process support, campaign delivery and onboarding. The aim is to make hiring clearer, more practical and less wasteful.

I don’t work like a traditional recruitment agency. I can run campaigns, and often do, but I also help clients get the foundations right first, from role clarity and salary benchmarking to process design and onboarding support. It’s practical, flexible support built around what you actually need.

Yes. If your hiring process feels unclear, inconsistent or harder than it needs to be, I can review what’s happening and help you tighten things up. Often, small changes make a big difference.

Yes. You don’t need to hand over everything. I can step in where support is most needed, whether that’s role clarity, salary benchmarking, campaign delivery, shortlisting, interviews or onboarding. 

Yes. I can support one-off projects or work with you on an ongoing basis, depending on what you need and how often hiring comes up.

Yes. Hiring doesn’t end at offer stage. I can help you put practical onboarding support in place so new hires settle in well and get up to speed more quickly.

I’m based in the East Midlands and work with clients across the UK. I can also support wider or multi-location projects where needed.
