We engaged Nicki's services to assist us with a hard to fill role, we had advertised the role but had not been able to source the right candidates. Nicki took time to speak with the line managers, understand the role, and ran a campaign which attracted in excess of 200 applicants.

I recently asked Nicki to support two of my clients with resourcing needs. One client wanted some salary benchmarking for a particular role and the other client wanted new job specifications for all of the roles within their small charity, along with salary benchmarking and some recruitment advice.
