Right to Work Checks are Changing

What employers should know now ahead of the expected October 2026 changes

From 1 October 2026, Right to Work responsibilities are expected to widen beyond direct employees. If your organisation uses workers, contractors, agency labour or platform-based support, this is worth reviewing now rather than waiting until the changes come into force.
